Just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying the Central Vac System your company installed today. While I've only had the vac for a few hours, I've already vacuumed the entire house, used the kick plate to do the kitchen floor and swept the stairs with one of the attachments. It is so light to handle and really "sucks!" As great as your product has been so far, the real stars of the day were Joey Jones and Alex Becherer, who installed the system. Not only did they work for hours (in the heat and under the house) to make sure everything was in its proper place but also worked patiently with me explaining the operation of the equipment. At my request they waited and watched while I mastered all the parts and pieces on my own all while answering my questions so knowledgeably. Their customer service skills are exceptional! Of course, remembering the evening you worked so hard to get our temporary internet connection set up. They have an excellent role model in you! Keep up the good work!

I wanted you to know that Mike and Anthony did a great job last week installing the projector and sound system. Johnny and Katie have also been very pleasant to work with throughout the process. Thanks!
